The Importance of Mental Health

Just before my 30th birthday I weighed 435 pounds – the heaviest I’ve ever been or will be. I’ve set out to lose 277 pounds to get back to that same goal weight I started with in 2009: 158 lbs.


In just over 7 months I’ve managed to lose 70 pounds so far, or 25% of that 277.
